What is the delivery time?
We want you to get your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days (Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays), will be processed the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. Within the Netherlands, your package is expected to arrive the following day. Within Europe, the expected shipment time is 5 to 14 working days, depending on your country and postal code. Worldwide shipments can take up to 14 working days.
Please note that the delivery times shown are only an estimate and that during public holidays and promotions, delays may occur.
Please take into account that orders that include a pre-order item will be shipped together once the pre-order is ready.
Due to COVID-19 delivery delays may occur. We are following the necessary safety measures and guidelines to make sure we can keep processing orders in a safe way. What is your return policy?
We hope you love your Somewhere Someday item(s) as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any or all products within your order, you have twenty one (21) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the following return conditions have been met.
Here is what you need to know. All returns must be;
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging (box included)
Returning your order?
- First email us at email@example.com to inform us with the item(s) and reason(s) of your return. In this email, please include the following information: order number, product(s) you would like to return, name and email address.
We will reply to you with a return shipping label* that should be fastened on the exterior of the shipment box. Please re-use the original packaging 🌍💕
Take the package to the post office of your choice. Make sure to keep your hands on the shipping receipt and Track&Trace code.
*: Please note that this is not a pre-paid label, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

Returning sweatsuits and swimwear
Of course it is also possible to return sweatsuits and swimwear. However, the hangtag should not have been removed from the garment. The same applies to swimwear, in addition the hygiene liner should not be removed. If the returned products do not meet these requirements, we can not process the return of the products due to hygiene reasons.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we have received your returned items, we will process the return ASAP! If all return conditions are met, we will process a refund of the total purchase price back to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to complete, depending on your bank and form of payment. Original shipping costs will also be refunded in case of the return of an entire order. Unfortunately, original shipping costs will not be refunded once an order is partially returned.
What if I have received the wrong item?
In case you have received the wrong item please email email@example.com. We will ensure you will receive the correct product. Of course the shipping costs will be at our expense.
What if I have received a damaged product?
Please notify us in case your Somewhere Someday package arrives damaged as a result of shipment. We will ensure you receive a new product ASAP. Please hold on to the shipping box and send an email with your order number and a photo of the damaged parcel to firstname.lastname@example.org.
