What are the shipping costs?
On Dutch orders the shipping costs are for a letterbox package €3,95 and for a package €6,95. For orders over €75 within the Netherlands, the shipping costs are free.
Shipping costs to Belgium are €8. For all other worldwide shipping costs see Shipping and Returns page.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order via the track and trace of PostNL. If you have not received your tracking link via email, please check your spam folder or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org!
How long will it take to receive my order at home?
Normally, orders placed before 15:00 PM on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Within the Netherlands you can expect your package to arrive the following day. Orders to Belgium will be delivered within 2 to 5 days. Due to COVID-19, we have taken the necessary precautions to ensure that we can continue to process orders in a way that is safe for everyone.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay via the most secure payment methods in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium: iDEAL, Sofort, Bancontact, PayPal and Klarna.
Where is my order confirmation?
If you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us at the email address you have used at check out. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens after I place an order?
After you place your order, it will be neatly packed for you by us. PostNL will then ensure that the package is delivered to you as soon as possible 💕
What materials do we use?
All our jewellery is made of high quality stainless steel.
How can I best care for the jewellery?
We always advise against showering with the product, applying perfume to it or swimming or exercising with it. Some materials may be susceptible to discoloration from contact with liquids. It is however different for each person how quickly this happens, so we can not guarantee this.
Stain in the planner?
The cover of our planner is made of linen. This allows you to carefully clean it with a wet cloth, possibly with a little soap. However, do this carefully so you do not damage the linen.
When can I return purchased items?
You have 21 days to return the product, starting on the day you receive the product. The product can only be returned unused and in original packaging. For returning the order, the return costs are for your own account.
Can I exchange my ordered item for another item?
Unfortunately ordered items cannot be exchanged. If you would like a different size, style or color, we advise you to place a new order through our webshop and return the previously received item! 💖
How do I return my order?
You can request to return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note: Please note that only products in original condition and packaging will be accepted. Somewhere Someday reserves the right to refuse returned items.
Please follow the following steps to return your order:
- Register your return request by emailing us at email@example.com Please note that if you do not request your return via email, we cannot process the return.
- Stick the return label* that we send you by email on your return package. Please re-use the original shipping box. 🌍💕
- Then take the package to a post office of your choice. Keep the shipping receipt and track and trace code safe.
*: Please note that this is not a pre-paid label. The shipping costs are for your own account.
Do I receive an invoice of my order?
After you have placed an order you will immediately receive an email with the order confirmation. If you would like to receive an invoice, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org!
Why is not the discount code working?
Not every discount code is valid in combination with markdowns or other discount offers. The following items are also excluded from discount:

- Queen of Jetlags Book
When will an item be back in stock?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee when an item will be back in stock. However, you can sign up for the waitlist on the product page of the product in question. You will then immediately receive an email as soon as we have replenished the stock of that product!
How do I sign up for the newsletter?
You can subscribe to our newsletter by leaving your email address at the bottom right of this page. You will then immediately receive a discount code via email, which you can use with your next order! 💌
Gift cards expire after 1 year and can be combined with promotions. Enter the unique code under 'discount code' in the shopping cart and it will be automatically deducted.
Is the amount you had in mind not listed? Then you can order multiple gift cards to reach the desired value or send us an email at email@example.com!
